Otterly.AI pricing (2026): what each plan costs with add-ons

Joshua@jotyy_aiPricing

Otterly.AI starts at $29 a month, and for a small team tracking the engines it includes, that is close to the whole bill. The number moves once you add the engines it sells separately — Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude — or outgrow the prompt allowance. Here is every plan, every add-on, and what four realistic setups actually cost, from Otterly's own pricing page as it stood on 10 October 2026.

The four plans

Otterly.AI sells three self-serve plans and an Enterprise tier. Every plan tracks daily, includes unlimited team members and brand reports, supports more than 50 countries, and comes with the Brand Visibility Index, domain and link-citation analysis, ChatGPT ads tracking, a GEO audit and exports (Otterly pricing). What changes between them is the prompt allowance, the number of workspaces and the API.

From otterly.ai/pricing on 10 October 2026. The annual figure is what the page shows per month with its 'Annually 15% off' toggle on.

Two details are worth knowing before you compare. First, the annual column is not labelled as such on the page; it is the second set of cards behind the "Annually 15% off" toggle, so read it as the page shows it rather than as a quote. Second, the Premium figure does not quite match the toggle: 15% off $489 would be about $416, and the page shows $422. Lite's $25 and Standard's $160 are close to 15% off; Premium is closer to 14%.

Lite is a real plan, not a teaser, but it is narrow: one workspace, three recommendations a week, and no API, MCP server, Agent Analytics or Looker Studio connector. Standard is the plan most teams land on, because it is where the API, the MCP server, unlimited workspaces and unlimited recommendations arrive. Enterprise adds SSO, a quarterly GEO Health Check and a dedicated customer success manager.

Engines: included and add-on

Every Otterly.AI plan includes four engines: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. Three more are sold as add-ons, and their price scales with the plan they are added to — the same Gemini tracking costs $9 a month on Lite and $149 on Premium, because it runs across the larger prompt allowance.

Otterly.AI collects answers by posting prompts through each AI search's own website, the way a reader would — except for Claude, which it tracks through the API (how Otterly collects data). Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI are not offered on any plan.

Extra prompts, agencies and the trial

  • Extra prompts: 100 more for $99 a month ($1,020 a year), on Standard and Premium only. Standard can add up to 300 before Otterly moves you to Premium — so Standard tops out at 400 prompts.
  • Agency Partner programme (Standard and Premium): the allowance rises to 150 prompts on Standard and 500 on Premium, with pitch workspaces and Looker Studio reports under your own branding.
  • API and MCP: the REST API arrived in May 2026 and the MCP server in June, both from Standard upward; write access to prompts and tags followed in July.
  • Looker Studio: a connector in the official gallery, on Standard and above.

The free trial is seven days with 50 prompts and no card, according to Otterly's help centre (free trial) and its June changelog. The pricing page itself only says a free trial exists, without a length, and older copies of the help page said fourteen days — so if the length matters to you, check it when you sign up.

What four setups really cost

List prices compare badly because the add-ons sit outside them. Here are four setups, priced monthly with monthly billing, from the tables above.

2. The same, on all seven enginesLite $29 + Gemini $9 + AI Mode $9 + Claude $29$76

4. A larger team: 200 prompts on all seven enginesStandard $189 + 100 prompts $99 + Gemini $59 + AI Mode $59 + Claude $109$515

Monthly, billed monthly, from otterly.ai/pricing on 10 October 2026. The last row is setup 4 moved to Premium.

The low end is where Otterly.AI is strongest. Setup 2 tracks seven engines daily for $76, which is very little for that coverage. The middle is where the add-ons start to matter: in setup 3 the two Google engines add $118, or 62% on top of the $189 plan. In setup 4 the add-ons and the extra prompt pack together are $326, more than the plan they sit on.

When Premium is the cheaper plan

For prompts alone, Standard stays cheaper all the way to its cap. Standard with three extra packs is $189 + 3 × $99 = $486 for 400 prompts; Premium is $489 for the same 400. The difference is $3 a month, and Premium gives you more for it: 10,000 GEO URL audits instead of 5,000, and 5,000 API and MCP requests each instead of 2,000.

With add-ons, Standard wins by a wide margin, because Premium's add-ons cost more. Setup 4 on Premium would be $489 + $149 + $149 + $439 = $1,226, against $515 on Standard. So the rule of thumb is simple:

  • Up to 400 prompts, stay on Standard and buy prompt packs — unless you need Premium's API, MCP or audit allowances.
  • Past 400 prompts, Standard cannot follow, and Premium is the only self-serve plan; its extra packs are the same $99 per hundred, so 500 prompts is $588 before add-ons.
  • If you need Claude, budget for it explicitly: it is the most expensive add-on on every plan, and $439 a month on Premium.

How this compares

Recomma, which makes this blog and competes with Otterly.AI, prices the other way round: fewer engines, none of them sold separately. Growth is $299/mo · 300 prompts · daily · 3 projects · up to 3 engines, covering ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews and Google AI Mode with no add-ons; it does not track Perplexity, Copilot or Claude. Setup 3 above costs $307 on Otterly.AI and $299 on Growth — close enough that the choice is about which engines you need, not the price. The full comparison is in Recomma vs Otterly.AI, the other tools worth weighing are in Otterly.AI alternatives, and our own plans are on the pricing page.
